A browser tab is easy to lose
If you call home every week, digging through bookmarks or typing the address each time gets old, and the tab ends up buried among twenty others. You shouldn't need an app store download to get an icon you can tap. Installing Hyallo from Chrome gives you that icon, and nothing else changes: same account, same balance, same prices.
What you get

In its own full-screen window without the address bar, straight onto the dialer, so you are one tap from a call.
There is nothing to update. The installed app loads the same site, so it always has the newest features and current prices.

Install it in Chrome
On Android, Windows, macOS, Linux or a Chromebook. Signing in first is handy, since the app opens on your dialer.
On a phone: menu (⋮) > "Add to Home screen" > "Install". On a computer: the install icon at the right of the address bar, or menu (⋮) > "Cast, save and share" > "Install page as app".
It opens in its own window, on the dialer. Calls, balance and history are exactly the same as in the browser.
Other browsers, and the one limit
Installing is optional: Hyallo works the same in a normal tab. The installed app still needs an internet connection to call, and without one it shows an "offline" screen until you reconnect.
Works like Chrome: menu (…) > "Apps" > "Install this site as an app".
Tap Share > "Add to Home Screen" to get the Hyallo icon.
In Chrome on a computer, menu (⋮) > "Cast, save and share" > "Create shortcut" puts a Hyallo shortcut on your desktop.

Frequently asked questions
Is this a different app from the website?
No. It is the same Hyallo, opened in its own window. Your account, balance, contacts and call history are shared, and the prices are identical.
Why isn't Hyallo in the Play Store or App Store?
Because it doesn't need to be. Installing from the browser gives you the same icon and window, updates itself every time you open it, and skips the store download.
I don't see the "Install" option. What now?
Make sure you are in Chrome (or Edge), not a browser opened inside another app such as Instagram or Gmail. If Hyallo is already installed, Chrome offers "Open in app" instead.
How do I uninstall it?
Like any app: long-press the icon on Android, or in the installed window open the menu and choose "Uninstall Hyallo". Your account and balance are not affected.
