Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 9, 2026
This policy explains what personal data Hyallo collects, why we collect it, and what your choices are. It applies to hyallo.com and the Hyallo calling service.
1. What we collect
Your email address (used to sign you in and to contact you about your account); call records — destination number, date, duration and cost — needed for billing and for your call history; payment records from our payment processor (we never see or store your card number); and basic technical data such as browser type, language and approximate location, used for security and analytics.
2. What we do not do
We do not record the audio of your calls. We do not sell your personal data. Contacts you save in Hyallo are stored only so you can use them — they are never shared.
3. Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers to run the service: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Cloudflare (security and bot protection), Google Analytics. Each receives only the data it needs to do its job.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies to keep you signed in and analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. You can block analytics cookies in your browser without affecting calls.
5. Data retention
Call and payment history is kept while your account exists, because we need it for billing and accounting. If you delete your account, we remove or anonymize your personal data except where the law requires us to keep it.
6. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time. If you are in the EU/EEA or in Brazil (LGPD), you also have the rights those laws grant you, including correction and portability. Contact us and we will respond.
7. Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will announce it on this page with a new revision date.
8. Contact
